Tim Erblich

Tim Erblich 
Chief Executive Officer, Ethisphere Institute

Tim Erblich is the CEO of the Ethisphere Institute. Mr. Erblich is tasked with leading the overall growth and revenue of the business as well as charting strategy. 

He is the former President of NYSE Governance Services, which includes Compliance and Board Services businesses Corpedia & Corporate Board Member, respectively. 

Prior to leading NYSE Governance Services, Mr. Erblich served as the Executive Vice President of the Ethisphere Institute. Before joining Ethisphere, Mr. Erblich spent more than 20 years in various executive roles at Thomson Legal & Regulatory, now Thomson Reuters. This included most recently efforts leading to serve the AMLAW 100 channel across the Thomson North American Legal business. With the acquisition of West by Thomson, Mr. Erblich was asked to lead the strategy and development of the Corporate Market.

Mr. Erblich frequently speaks at industry events and has presented on many topics relating to ethics, governance and compliance issues.

These include: NYSE’s This Week in the Boardroom, Annual Boardroom Summit, Annual General Counsel Forum, Ethisphere’s Best Practices in Ethics and Communications, The Global Ethics Summit as well as the annual meeting of the Association of Corporate Counsel. 

Mr. Erblich graduated from the University of Arizona. He also participated in the Thomson Executive Leadership development program in partnership with Columbia.

exequiel rolon

Exequiel Rolon
Head of Sustainability, Fresnillo 

Exequiel Rolón is the Head of Sustainability at Fresnillo plc, in charge of companywide Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy and Sustainability Reporting. Mr. Rolón joined Fresnillo plc in 2013 in order to advance the corporate priority to adopt best practices in Health, Safety, Environment and Community Relations. In this position, Mr. Rolón works closely with operations and development projects to engage local communities and NGOs. Mr. Rolon is also responsible for the initiatives to embed ethics in the culture of Fresnillo plc.  Prior to Fresnillo plc, Mr. Rolón was consultant for borealis, working in projects in Canada, Peru, The Dominican Republic and Madagascar. Mr. Rolón received his MBA from HEC Montreal and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Meredith Taylor

Meredith Taylor
Vice President, Global Ethics & Compliance Administration, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. 

Meredith joined Walmart in 1997 as a manager in the Realty Division. She grew her career in the Realty and Legal Divisions and in 2005, she was named Associate General Counsel and Section Head – Realty. In this role she was responsible for leading the Legal team supporting Realty Operations. In 2009, Meredith joined the Global Ethics Office, serving as Senior Director – U.S. Ethics and was promoted to Vice President of Corporate & US Ethics in June, 2012.  In September, 2015, Meredith was named Vice President, Global Ethics & Compliance Administration. 

In the Corporate & US Ethics role, Meredith was responsible for overseeing Walmart’s ethics advisory and case management functions for Walmart U.S., Sam’s Club and the Walmart Home Office. Additionally, Meredith was responsible for leading the Global Ethics Office corporate function including governance, global escalation protocols for significant investigations and advisory services for significant matters. 

In her Global Ethics & Compliance Administration role, Meredith continues to be responsible for all corporate-level ethics functions.  Additionally, Meredith is responsible for programs and initiatives to support the effective delivery of ethics and compliance services globally. 

Meredith holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, and a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas.
